Town of Vienna Real Estate 2023-24 fiscal year tax rate shall be
Real estate taxes are paid annually in two installments, due July 28, 2023 and December 5, 2023.
The town’s real estate tax rate is 19.5 cents per $100 of assessed valuation.
Town of Vienna homeowners also pay Fairfax County real estate tax of $1.095 per $100 of assessed valuation and homeowners will also pay a stormwater fee of 0.0325 cents per $100 of assessed value.
In total, the tax is $1.3225 for Town of Vienna homeowners in the tax year.
