A little background
My clients have moved in and out of Northern Virginia for 30 years. I started my business from a little desk in Vienna across the street from Whole Foods… well before meeting my wife, having kids, and building a house.
Beyond my hundreds of sales, working as a real estate agent has let me impact and improve my client’s lives, and have fun watching them thrive right along with me.
New jobs, more kids, moving across town or to another state, renovations, buying a second home, or maybe selling the family home, I still find it interesting to meet clients at any stage in their lives.
Hands-on experience
Yes, I have seen plenty of pink bathrooms and funky orange/red carpets. There have been weird smells, ancient appliances, and rooms filled with stuff. HGTV gives you a taste of what an exciting adventure ‘agent life’ is like… but, my work is real life, and a leaking pipe in the front yard two days before closing isn’t a side joke.
It’s those moments when you’ll need help and I need to step up and deliver solutions.
Many stories are going to come up when we talk because those experiences are helpful, add value, and give you perspective.
Of course, there are plenty of things we will probably laugh about too.
