I started to put these Real Estate Case Studies together to help give clients insight into what I see when I’m planning to sell a (your) house.
Even if you bought a home in Vienna five years ago, the sales process has changed again. Today’s savvy internet consumers expect to see more details before they decide to show up at your door for a look in person.
And often, they may send their “buyer agent” over with her smartphone and narrate a Facetime or video tour when her buyers are out of the area (or stuck at the office).
