Filling in the Vienna Insider’s Guide… slowly

wordpress mug Most of the time putting together this blog is so exciting that I can’t wait to get rolling every day. But often it seems like it may never get done since every new idea breeds another, and yet another brilliant idea. And the actual selling of real estate gets heavy too.

As a result, my older concepts get back-logged as I try to produce relevant, topical new posts. But I’m sticking with the game plan and filling in some pages as I go… heavily anticipating my next review coming in mid October with “the team” over a few cups at Starbucks.

I have completed two new pages in the “Insider’s Section” that I hope you will check out and give me some feedback. Think like you are planning to move to Northern Virginia and your best friend from college, Jimbo, suggested Vienna because he lived here in the 1990’s.

So take a look for now, and I hope to keep on filling in the blanks (and I’m open to ideas).

So, what’s next after your 25 years? It’s a conversation many of my clients are having with me as they plan to move to the beach, travel, or get closer to grandkids. Helping them see their future, sell their current home, and move ahead with their updated plan has been an interesting new chapter.

My background: I am an active licensed agent in Virginia, have negotiated hundreds of sales contracts, work at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in McLean, and help clients get organized helping maximize the value for today’s home buyer. I donate to the Town of Vienna tree replacement fund, participate in a neighborhood citizens association, and try my best to stay in shape.
